Coaches

Mr. Henry has coached football, basketball, and baseball throughout his teaching career. He enjoys getting to know the students during practice and watching them improve throughout the season. He played football at St. Lawrence University and always hopes to bring some of the lessons he learned to the players, especially the importance of hard work, competition, and fundamentals. 

Mr. Dorman has coached a variety of sports at FCDS since 2004, including football (tackle and flag), basketball, hockey, and baseball. He graduated from the University of Richmond where he was a 4-year starter on the baseball team (Go Spiders!). Afterward, he played in the minor leagues for six years in the Cleveland Indians and New York Mets organizations and a few independent leagues. He is an avid sport, but his true passion is Alabama football. Roll Tide! He believes sport is a microcosm of life and that it is essential to develop a good work ethic, persevere through adversity, and not be afraid to make adjustments to improve.
